Weird name, but a heck of a lot of fun!
We took our name from the village of Coogee – just down the road from the Ritz Cinemas. The name ‘Coogee’ is derived from a local indigenous word thought to mean ‘rotting seaweed’ or ‘place of bad smells’ – hence Stinkwater24!
